Standard Shipping Time:
Please allow 10-21 business days for your items to arrive. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If we are unable to get any of your items to you within this time period, we will contact you to give you three options: substitution, refund, or a partial shipment, with the remainder to ship as soon as possible.
Who We Are:
Liberty Lady Designs was founded in December of 2011 and is a family-run business. Each piece of jewelry is handmade and designed by Patty. Because each piece is handmade to order, please allow 10-21 business days for the items to arrive. You may receive it sooner, but this does give us time to build that beautiful piece you ordered.
